About FleurWild ~ Natural Skin Care Products
I started to make natural skin care products and herbal remedies when my children presented chemical allergies and sensitivities at birth. We have had much success with children and adults who can not tolerate chemically laden personal care products. FleurWild Natural Skin Care Products are always fresh, handmade lovingly in small batches to ensure optimum healing qualities from the herbs. We use only organically grown plant extracts, botanicals, herbs, fruit and vegetable oils. All wild herbs are gathered using safe wild crafting standards respecting and appreciating our herbal gifts from Mother Earth. Since those early days I have taken many classes in herbalism, there are always new remedies to learn and try. I have also spread my wings with energy healing modalities like Munay-ki, Reiki and Quantum Touch. Doing my best to keep very positive healing energy surrounding all FleurWild Natural Skin Care Products.
We try our very best here at FleurWild to ensure that all our products are Natural and Organic. All FleurWild products are Vegan as well except a few products containing Beeswax, Honey and Goat’s milk. Please check all the ingredient lists for each product. FleurWild uses all natural preservatives, all products are paraben free. FleurWild will never test any products on animals, only friends and family. We believe in natural products. We believe in people deserving to know what is in the personal care products they absorb threw their skin daily. We believe in respecting the rights of people, animals, plants and our world.
We are proud to say FleurWild Natural Skin Care Products is based in the small rural community of Campbell’s Bay, Quebec, Canada. I come from a long line of herbalists and healers from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, and have been very fortunate to be able to draw from their knowledge. I have found many of the same indigenous healing plants growing here in western Quebec. I am also blessed to be part of a local aboriginal community and have gained invaluable herbal knowledge from my native family. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by lands free of pesticides and chemicals. During the spring, summer and fall months are the times to take advantage of safe wild crafting practices, where we are careful not to over harvest the precious green healing gifts from Mother Earth. We also organically grow many of the herbs and botanicals used in FleurWild products. Any herbs and botanicals taken or harvested at the flower stage of the plants are taken in the spring time, leaves during the summer months and then roots taken at autumn time. After wild crafting or harvesting, I make the healing tinctures, decoctions and infusions. These need to age a few months before making our herbal products with them.
Since we value all these wonderful healing gifts from Mother Earth we feel the need to also point out that we have been very conscious in choosing all packaging and containers, without sacrificing the healing integrity and quality of FleurWild products. We recycle as much packaging as we can by using it again in the shipping to our customer process, asking our customers to also reuse the packaging materials.
